College is good. However as freshman you would struggle for high salary. MBA students with work experience are preferred over freshman

MBA from ISB HYDERRABAD or iim A will be far better than abroad but if you are trying just another private college in India then it's easier n better to look abroad

HR at IFMR is quite promising. we have companies like Standard Chartered, Scope International, TCS, Dhanalaxmi Bank offering HR profiles of Talent Acquisition and Management Trainee roles. The highest package for HR was around 8.5 lakh p.a.

Hi Vinoth,
It won't be that much of an issue provided you perform well in PGDM. Stay up-to-date with what's being taught in the class, so that you can score well in the first year core subjects. A decent CGPA would convince the recruiters that you have made amends for your UG performance. Good luck.

If u are looking for quick growth and/or you have a good management skill Then MBA does carry good opportunities but as being Technical student I would prefer M.Tech which can leads you the expertise in your area!but at the end it should be your choice cuz both have a good opportunities for your pro
