The main difference between MBA and PGDM is that MBA is a degree and is offered by universities, whereas, PGDM is a post-graduate diploma offered by AICTE approved institutes.

Hi Anand, I can tell you with my experience that Germany Real Business Project actually goes on for 4 semesters and in 4th semester we can go to Germany for work on project with a stay of 4-6 weeks.
