The placements for HR was average last year with highest package of 8 LPA and avg CTC of 5.5 LPA. Yes, the dress code rule prevails here like any other management school. where you will need to come in formals from Monday to Thursday and casuals on Friday.

In terms of placement finance is the second best course behind marketing in PSGIM, as many banks come in for placements every year. The highest CTC that was offered in finance last year was 7.2 LPA. PSGIM doesn't offer SAP.

Hi,
KJ Somaiya is better than Dalmia MMS. You should always look at institute's ranking rather than a course. For instance Sydenham (SIMSREE) PGDM is way better than Welingkar's MMS or Somaiya's MMS.
All the best !!!

It all depends on what you are aiming at and where you stand in your Academics. If you are going in for big, the fee also increases, touching 10 lakhs. That is why Parents spend less money initially and keeping funds for the Higher Education. The aims are now sky - high.
