Sorry for the delay in reply. Difference between PGDM and MBA is that MBA is only offered to colleges which is affiliated with an university such as Pune University, Symbiosis University, etc. Where as PGDM is offered to autonomous colleges like all the IIMs, FMS, etc. And few college

If you have no work experience, go for ms or pgdm.You are not eligible for MBA.

Finance Marketing H.R all are good. even u can do management in system if you are btech graduate. They all has important factors in corporate field. So you should be with your choice. best of luck
