why college is not considering cmat score for mba course?

Its college policy so no one can question it like you wont question IIMs also for not taking other scores like wise its NIRMA.

What are the requirements and scholarship options to study MBA in Singapore? Is work experience required?

Working experience is not required for the Scholarship for MBA courses. You just need good academic grades and ranking in their National Level Examination.

Faculty is amazingly helpful and experiences all of them have come from actual corporate world after working for 8-9 years so they are great on there part
And placements are also very effectively done as i have said in some of my previous posts.
