No, all MBA admissions into NIT Hamirpur are done by entrance exams. Candidates have to appear for CAT/MAT or CMAT entrance exam to be eligible for admission into the MBA programme at NIT Hamirpur.

A candidate cannot apply for direct admission into the university and has to apply through these entrance exams to be eligible for admission. The admission in the programme is through multiple rounds, candidates have to be part of a group discussion and a personal interview followed by the payment of tuition fees to finalise their admission.

Yes, NIT Hamirpur MBA admissions are merit-based but they are not done based on merit secured in the entrance exams and graduation. The entrance exam and graduation score allow candidates to be selected for the Group Discussion (GD) and Personal Interview (PI) rounds.

A merit list is then released of candidates clearing the GD and PI round, it is according to this merit that provisional admissions into NIT Hamirpur MBA takes place. Therefore, candidates will have to clear multiple rounds to finalise their admission into the programme.

SMIT will announce the dates of the SMIT online entrance exam. The exam is expected to be held in various phases and the Sikkim Manipal Entrance Test (SMET) or Sikkim Manipal Institute of Technology (SMIT) online test will take place in remote proctored mode.

To secure seat at Sikkim Manipal University candidates must complete the entire admission procedure which mainly includes application process, selection process, merit lists, and final admission.

NIT Hamirpur shortlists candidates based on CAT/ MAT and CMAT entrance scores. Candidates who want to apply for an MBA at NIT Hamirpur should appear for these exams and apply for admission to the university. Only candidates who have a valid CAT/ MAT/ and CMAT entrance score are eligible to apply for an MBA.

The scores for the entrance exam are only used for shortlisting of candidates. Sikkim Manipal University only accepts entrance exam scores for admission to the MBA course along with the basic qualification for the management course. National-level exams such as CAT and MAT are accepted by the university. However, students can opt for the University Entrance Test to get shortlisted for the MBA course. SMIT Online Test 2024 Counselling is mandatory for students to participate to finalise their seats. Further, candidates' performance in group discussions and interviews is also considered for final admission.

Eligibility Criteria: Bachelor's degree in any discipline with 50% aggregate (45% for Reserved Category).

As per the Sikkim Manipal University's admission guidelines, the Department of Management accepts only graduate students who has 50% aggregate (45% for Reserved Category) in theis bachelor's degree. Additionally, students are selected based on performance in the Management Aptitude Test (MAT)/ (CAT)/ University Entrance Test. Qualified candidates must apply on the official website of SMIT by filling out an online application form. Candidates will be selected based on their performance in Group Discussions and Interviews.

VIT Business School, Chennai total MBA course fee is INR 7 lakh. The fee mentioned here is taken from official website/ sanctioning body. However, it is subjected to change. For a detailed VIT Business School MBA fee structure, candidates are advised to contact the admission department of the institute. Other than this, there are other fee components that need to be paid as per the total course fee such as Hostel Fee, Admission Fee, Caution Deposit, etc.

The selection process for the MBA course at NIT Jalandhar involves two considerations, first candidates must complete their bachelor's degree from a recognised educational body with a minimum aggregate of 60% (5% leisure is given to the students who are from reserved categories). Another process to get selected is candidates must secure a valid score in either the CAT/ MAT/ CMAT entrance exam.
