Applicants must hold a bachelor's degree from an accredited institution for at least three years in order to be considered for the MBA programme at Monti International Institute of Management Studies. At least 50% of the total possible points must be earned to receive the degree. Candidates from reserved groups must receive at least 45% of the possible points in the qualifying exam. International students must meet the MBA in France admission requirements to study the program. Applicants whose first language is not English must submit the proof of English language proficiecny. The basic requirements for admission that are common to all French universities are:

  • Undergraduate degree: A bachelor's degree in any field is usually required
  • Work experience: Most programs prefer candidates with at least two to three years of work experience 
  • English proficiencyIELTS or TOEFL scores are typically needed
  • GMAT or GRE: Competitive scores in these standardized tests are essential.

You can choose from multiple job profiles after completing an MBA in Marketing like Sales Marketing, Market Research Analyst, Business Development Manager, Customer Relationship Management Personnel, Marketing Information Personnel, etc.
But getting a high salary package totally depends on your relevant experience, expertise, and the company you're working for. 
If you're aiming for a high-paying job, becoming a Brand Manager can get you an average package of INR 18.2 LPA.

No, work experience is not mandatory for an MBA in Marketing; however, it is preferred. It helps in building a professional network. It gives your admission application strength (Admissions committees often look for candidates with practical experience), helps in classroom discussions, and overall career advancement.
