The average package offered to MBA students of VTU in the past few years, lies within the range of INR 3-4 LPA. According to the NIRF 2023 reports, the median package offered to MBA students at VTU was INR 3.65 LPA in 2022. It has increased by 4% since 2021. In 2021, the median package offered to MBA students of the university was INR 3.50 LPA.

As per the Times Rating, VTU bagged the #59 rank for its management department in the year 2022. However, the institute was not ranked in 2023. The Times takes Teaching, Research and Citations, International Outlook and Industry Income into consideration for ranking the institutions.

VTU also accepts CAT score for admission to its MBA courses. However, the cut-off keeps fluctuating based on the availability of seats, difficulty level of exam and the volume of application. In 2023, the round 1 CAT cut-off for VTU was 40 percentiles for the applicants belonging to general category.

The Karnataka PGCET cut-off is important for candidates aspiring to take admission to the General Management MBA course at VTU Belgaum through Karnataka PGCET Score. The rank cut-off for KPGCET in round 1 for General Management at VTU was 8842 in 2023. For the year 2022, the rank cut-off for the same was 14062.

The application process for MBA courses at VTU is online. Interested candidates can visit the Official Website of VTU and apply for the admission. Candidates will be required to provide basic details and documents at the time of online application. Apart from that, they should also apply for one of the accepted entrance exams before the respective deadline.

For getting admission in the MBA course of VTU Belgaum, a candidate must meet the eligibility criteria of a minimum aggregate marks of 50% in all the years of their bachelor’s degree. Candidates also have to take one of the accepted exams by the university which are: CAT/XAT/KPGCET/KMAT/CMAT/ATMA. Based on the scores obtained in these exams, a merit list is created and seats are allotted to the shortlisted candidates.

Candidates need to pass bachelor’s degree of minimum three-years duration with at least 50% aggregate to apply for JSS Academy of Higher Education MBA. There is 10% relaxation in the aggregate for SC/ ST/ OBC candidates. 70% of MBA seats are filled based on merit in the last qualifying exam. 15% seats are reserved for institutional preference. Hence, candidates must ensure they fulfil the eligibility criteria before applying for the course.

JSS Academy of Higher Education and Research offers two-year MBA programme spread across four semesters. Candidates need to complete a minimum of graduation to apply for MBA. The academy offers MBA in:
- Hospital Administration
- Pharmacy Administration
- Information Technology.

JSS Academy of Higher Education and Research does not accepts entrance exam for admission to MBA programme. Candidates are selected based on their merit in the last qualifying exam. They need to complete bachelor’s degree of minimum three years duration with at least 50% aggregate (40% aggregate for SC/ ST/ OBC) to apply for JSS Academy of Higher Education and Research MBA course.
