The placements at Central University of Himachal Pradesh are not good at all and the situation got worse after the pandemic. There are few campus placements opportunities for the students in MBA department. Some of the small and medium size companies are offering jobs to the students like Just dial etc. No help is provided by the university for placements.                                                The median package was 2.5lpa, which is really very low as after post graduation and a course like MBA .

The minimum marks that SIMMC (Suryadatta Institute of Management and Mass Communication), Pune requires for admissions to MBA is 50% (45% in case of reserved category) in graduation from any discipline form a recognised board/ university. Besides this, the cut- off of different entrance exams will vary depending on the one you have appeared for among CAT/ MH- CET/ CMAT/ XAT. The cut- off of these exams varies hugely and based on the previous percentage trends you can make predictions of the upcoming marks/ cut- offs. However, you cannot rely completely on that as there are other guiding factors affecting the admissions.

It is very much possible to get into Baruch College's MBA programme without work experience, but it's not the easy way. The Zicklin School of Business says work experience is not mandatory for MS programs, but MBA applicants need at least two years of work-ex post undergrad. Most MBA students at Baruch have around 6 years of experience.

If you do not have work-ex, there are other factors that can impact your chances of getting in. These include your GMAT/GRE score & college work experience.
