First you have to get qualified in the Common Admission Test (CAT), Management Aptitude Test (MAT), or any other equivalent national level MBA entrance exam. Placements: Placements are good. For the last two academic sessions ASB acquired 100% placements. The highest package offered this year is 9.5 Lacs. Major recruiters are Federal Bank, Amazon, Delloite, UTI, City Union Bank, etc. Most of them got in their respective fields. Some students got internship from college. The two-year SJMSOM MBA course is organised into eight terms. In the first year (first four terms), students acquire knowledge on all the disciplines of management through 23 rigorous courses. All the academic courses require case studies, course projects and research by students, which provide exposure to the latest practices in the industry.
