Both the courses are good. But Master of Business Administration (MBA) has more scope and have more job opportunities than Master of Arts M.A. Because every Company and every Institute require a Human Resource Manager or a Finance Manager and MBA graduates are given more importance.

If you genuinely want to get into some reputed B school, then you should definitely give it a Shot without worrying at what your age is. Moreover, you can try other MBA entrance exams this year, including CMAT Tissnet's Last date has been extended. You can go for these Exams too & target decent colleges like BIMTECH, NIBM, etc.

The National Institute of Rural Development in Hyderabad offers a Post Graduate Diploma in Rural Development (PGDRDM) course. This PG course is equivalent to an MBA course. The following qualifications must be MET in order to be admitted to NIRD:
1. You must have a Bachelor's degree with a 50% overall average.
2. You must take an entrance examination like the CAT MAT XAT CMAT or ATMA.
3. The chosen candidates must take part in the group discussion and the interviews.
4. Based on their performance in the two rounds, the students for this programme are chosen.

Absolutely. Congratulations and best wishes for your future. It is totally worth joining the programme. The placement records of IIBS are great. In the placement drive of 2021, the highest CTC stood at INR 19 LPA whereas the average CTC stood at INR 8.2 LPA. Some of the top recruiters of IIBS Bangalore were Accenture, HDFC Bank, TCS, Amazon and many more.
