If you are taking drop remember this your precious 1 Year would be wasted. You have to keep in mind the approach towards CAT should to aiming top 20 B-schools. For that you have to work extremely hard. Your one year drop should be effective utilization of the time to crack. If you think you can do it take a drop. If you can't then continue with regular work.

I don't think so. It is not a good idea of pursuing UG course through distance mode. I suggest you to go for a regular BBA.
