UPSEE is an entrance exam for admission into engineering colleges and the cutoff will be released by DR. APJ Abdul kalam technical university. The cut off varies for every year depending on the various factors and it also depends on the candidate's category and also differs for different branches. Yes, you are eligible for getting National Overseas Scholarship. The central sector scheme of national Overseas Scholarship is to facilitate the low-income students to obtain higher education. (You must have a Caste Certificate along with Income Certificate for applying for the Scholarship).

Yes, you are eligible for top business schools in India. You need to appear in CAT MAT XAT GMAT and also for getting into top Business School You must Crack one of these exams with more than 90 percentile.

In my opinion, Distance MBA is good for those individuals who are having well established business, or they are busy in their jobs. Distance MBA is not good for initiating career because Here you will not able to obtain knowledge fully from Distance MBA.
