Go for ITM , Navi mumbai. it's finance forum is the best in which many people from abroad or from RBI or from various places come, guide and give you lectures on the main topics in finance. Symbiosis Pune is more better option then IBS. and if you want to do MBA then why dont you go for IIM.

CAT is conducted annually in the time frame of (Nov-Dec) every year, might want to consider giving that exam. MAT and other management exams are also conducted around the same as prior.

The best institute I know of is T. I. M.E. However feel free to navigate through your own and don't forget to ask local students about it.

It is totally dependent upon what you want out of your career, A master's degree helps in profile diversification and adds up to your resume which includes higher pay. I'd recommend definitely going for it but if money is not a contributing factor in your life right now take a year break and concentrate on CAT.

As per my opinion MBA college with low fees will have a less placement record, but there are several college with low fees like FMS, PUMBA in Pune, etc.

It totally depends on the authorities of the college and the rules and regulations of the Institute, so if you are eligible you will definitely get counseling.
