Actually, the Executive MBA itself is a postgraduate degree. So, he can do some research or doctorate for further proceedings.

Refer the detailed college review through the following link made by shiksha https://www.shiksha.com/university/shoolini-university-solan-31257. Also, you should have appeared for any Management entrance exams such as MAT, CMAT, CAT, etc. And you should score at least 50%ile in the MAT exam. Also, You need to complete your graduation with a minimum of 50% in any stream.
