There are various entrance examinations for admission to Masters in Business Administration. If you do not wish to waste one year you can prepare for the upcoming MBA entrance examinations such as CAT MAH MBA CET, TSICET Andhra Pradesh ICET and other such Examination. But if you want to only appear for TANCET then you have to wait for the next year and apply once again.

Yes, it is definitely a good college for marketing PGDM. Students also gets the internship opportunities, and good preplacement offers. The overall the highest placement is around 14.60 lacs and average is 7.6lacs. Marketing placements are actually good with around 9.6lpa. More than 350 recruiters arrives for the placements. Around 4.50% of students gets offers in Fortune listed companies. As soon as internships get completed in the mid of 3rd semester, students gets selected for the placement process. First of all MBA has nothing to do with bachelor degree if it is in the technical field.
MBA is for understanding business and to cop up with dynamic changes taking place in market.
So yes after doin MBA you will be doing masters in business administration which means you have technical knowledge as well as business knowledge and you can cop with any situation whether it's an technical problem or some other so it will definitely help you to get a good job.

Doing MBA can varies from 50k to 30L of fees. It wholly depends upon the college you getting in and your exam scores of CAT, NMAT, GMAT, XAT, SNAP etc.

As per mou (ministry of defence clause) no. 13 sub clause (d).
1) 80% (General/Open) seats are for dependents of defence personnel. And as per merit there selection will be done.
2) 10% (Defence special category) seats are for dependents of defence personnel. This special category are for those who lost there life in war or war like operations while serving for the military or suffer 50% disability. As per merit there selection will be done.
3) 10% (open category) seats are for civilian candidate.
