Hello, Aspiring Managers, Very appropriate question ! Many of the students and their beloved parents are confused about whether to choose MBA or PGDM. Even I had this doubt when I was filling out my application for it. So I did some research to get a better idea of it, and here are my takeaways
MBA expands to Master of Business Administration, which is a Postgraduate Degree in Management offered by most management institutes and universities across the world. As MBA is a Masters degree, only recognised institutions affiliated with reputed universities can offer a degree in Business Administration. Such universities follow a single curriculum designed for the course while offering Bachelors, Masters, or doctorate degrees. PGDM is post graduate Diploma in management, a Diploma course and is not considered a degree. PGDM can also be offered by autonomous institutes not affiliated with any university. Such institutes cannot offer an MBA degree. All India Council for Technical Education AICTE approves colleges to offer PGDM courses in India. 2 - LL. M. or MBA
that totally depends on your interest, as you have already gone through your LL.B. You can relate the areas of your interest. If you found Law you always wanted to do and if you think you will be good at this profession then you should go for LLM
While MBA is totally different from Legal education (I. e. LL.B. Or LL. M. it's all about handling business efficiently and effectively. So think about the areas of your interest and choose wisely. If you think pursuing LL.B. Was by fluke and you never wanted to do that then go for something else I. e. I think MBA as you mentioned and if you are genuinely interested in Legal field then go for LLM

You are here to live your life not to Spent, if you do anything that genuinely interests you definitely it will lead you to success. So give it a thought and decide. No better than you can answer that
2nd. LL. M. specialisation
I don't have any deciding factor to predict which specialisation will be better for LL. M.

I agree with the others. I also recommend you to pursue another Master, because you already have an MBA. Ask yourself which MBA course you liked the most? What would you like to work in? Where do you find you strength in the most? Is it Finance? Accounting? MS and Data analytics? Supply chain and Operations management? Marketing? Management where you have many fields like HR or Entrepreneurship etc. ? Economics? If you have more than 5 years management experience or you are a senior manager then you can apply for an Executive MBA (EMBA) which is meant for senior managers who have long corporate experience. But an EMBA is a non thesis degree and is very expensive.
