Both the universities are good. At LPU it is an engineering course that articulates the concepts from basic Science to technology through lab practice and projects to gain knowledge in areas like Structural, Environmental, Highway Engineering, and Construction Management which are in sync with industry expectations. Dear aspirant, No, Maths is not required in 12th/graduation to be eligible for MBA. This is because, To be eligible for MBA you just need to have graduation degree in any discipline it doesn't matter whether you have studied Maths in 12th/graduation or not. To get admission in MBA course, You need to complete your Bachelor degree of any stream from recognised university, There is no need of Maths to get admission in MBA. So, if you have completed your Bachelor degree from commerce, then you are eligible to apply for MBA entrance examination. To get admission in MBA Course, you need to scored minimum 50% marks in Graduation.

The fee structure in North Bengal University for a Master of Business Administration (MBA):
INR 1.63 Lakhs- total fees.
INR 81,950- (First Year Fees).
North Bengal University offers professional, non-professional, research and training programs via its 23 departments. The North Bengal University (NBU) offers 2-year full-time MBA program.
Candidates having completed bachelors degree are eligible for application to MBA program. Selection will be as per the merit of CAT/MAT/ATMA/ JMET/ XAT/ WBJEMAT/NBUMAT score. Selected candidates after screening will have to appear for Group Discussion/ PI, Essay Writing and Extempore conducted by the NBU.

It would be one of the best options for you if you cannot get in top 100
The management over is excellent I would say and very helpful specially the campus interviews would be the good to go. Overall career wise they have some really good companies coming on for the campus interviews. And afterall it really depends on your skills.
