Yes, Pursing Hybrid PGDM from Welingkar is a good option but only for working professionals. Otherwise full-time courses are the only good choice in India. And there are no placements provided for Hybrid PGDM by any institute in India.

No, they are not even AICTE accredited - they are affiliated under Vidyasagar University. The college is in a single 3 storied house. The infrastructure is not good too.

UPSEE is an entrance exam for admission into engineering colleges and the cutoff will be released by DR. APJ Abdul kalam technical university. Yes, you can go for B.Ed i.e., Bachelor's of Education to pursue career in the field of teaching and Education. Yes, you are eligible for getting National Overseas Scholarship. The central sector scheme of national Overseas Scholarship is to facilitate the low-income students to obtain higher education. (You must have a Caste Certificate along with Income Certificate for applying for the Scholarship).

In my opinion, Distance MBA is good for those individuals who are having well established business, or they are busy in their jobs. Distance MBA is not good for initiating career because Here you will not able to obtain knowledge fully from Distance MBA.
