Yes, if you have completed your B.Sc. MLT and then you can do your MBA.
The best field would be MBA in healthcare as its a relevant field for you.

Seats will be allotted on the basis of candidate's performance in IPU CET 2021. These seats are further divided in following matrix IPU CET Outside Delhi Region Quota 15% of total seats reserved for outside Delhi Candidates. Candidates who have done class 12 th from school/institute outside Delhi fall under this category.

Students had to write the Karnataka Management Admission Test KMAT as well for admissions to management-quota seats.

Whether you choose a two-year over a one-year programme will depend in part on how radical a career changes your seeking an MBA to help you make. The larger the career change (industry and function and geography), the more valuable the summer internship offered by the two-year programme.
