Eligibility criteria for the same is:
The candidate must hold a Bachelor degree of minimum 3 years duration after class 12, with at least 50% marks or equivalent CGPA (in case of the candidate belonging to SC/ST only passing marks are required. In case of OBC/PwD and CW category candidates, 45% marks at graduation are required). Hope it helps. Thank you.

If you are outperforming in all aspects of academics and cultural activities I'm pretty sure any top-rated company might recruit you. I would still suggest you join Iims in India as you would get exposure, knowledge, and top companies target tier 1 universities so they are one among them.
