Students seeking RDIAS admissions must note that entrance test is the criteria according to which students are admitted into the institute. Students must clear their previous qualifying examination (HSC/10+2/UG) with 50% scoring. Although 85% is a decent scoring, students would still be required to appear for a nationally-recognized examination such as CAT, CMAT, and GGSIPU CET.

Rukmini Devi Institute of Advanced Studies offers a vibrant placement atmosphere to students. The institute recorded INR 12.78 LPA as the highest package during the 2025 placements. Further, the average package was INR 5.5 LPA. Some of the prominent recruiters during the placements season include Amazon, Tata Capital, Deloitte, Wipro, EY, Accenture.

Rukmini Devi Institute, Rohini admissions are conducted on the basis of various prescribed entrance tests, along with scoring at least 50% in the previous qualifying examination. NL Dalmia College PGDM Seats for 2025 are distributed across five major specialisations, offering a total intake capacity of 420 seats. Among all the specialisations,  PGDM (General) has the highest seat capacity, followed by PGDM in Financial Management, Business Analytics, Marketing, and Human Resources. The seat reservation is merit-based and does not follow a category-wise government quota.
