MBA from tier 1 management schools through CAT will definitely provide sufficient opportunities for job abroad after few years experience for commerce graduates.

IIM is for Masters i.e. for the MBA program after CAT or MAT.

Yes, you can pursue MBA from abroad, but you have to clear GRE and TOEFL to get admission.

You need to give entrance exam, whichever is accepted by the university and then appear for GD and PI. Once you get shortlisted for it as per the scores allotment, you will get admission.
