If you don't want to appear for CAT then you can give MAT, XAT, CMAT or ATMA to pursue MBA.

If you get placed during campus placement, then your CTC will depend on the reputation of the college. It varies from 3 lakhs to 15 lakhs, but if you are placed off campus, then your CTC will depend up on your skills and knowledge. You won’t get a very high package. As per me, get admission in a goo

MBA in Banking and finance is a good career option if you want to work in a bank. The salary package is good too. You can get posted at various designations such financial analyst, or senior finance executive. You need to qualify any of the following entrance exams in order to pursue MBA:
CAT MAT CMA

To prepare for getting good marks in MBA solve questions on every chapter which cover all the formulas and topics.
Do give tests on every chapter followed by review of the results which is equally important.
