Recently I have passed class 12th CBSE by 80% & scored 95 in accounts . now I am confused to go for B.COM+ CA or BBA + MBA .

Both are Good Options. But if you would like to turn your career in to accounting, I think B Com + CA is better.

MBA is a value-added course to your degree. Every stream in MBA has it's own significance. Finance is one such steam.if u want to get into a core finance job then do certification courses like CFA etc.side wise during your MBA .hope it helps u.

See with your percentage in 12th iims are difficult, as they see the overall profile.but if u score high in CAT and other relevant entrance exams you have a good chance in getting into a good b-school.best of luck .
