As per the records, 87 companies participated in the 2023-24 PGP placements. This included 46 new recruiters. Earlier, 63 companies were part of PGP placements 2023 and 26 new recruiters were witnessed. Looking at the past three years' data, a fluctuating trend was observed in the number of recruiters and first-time recruiters. To know the exact numbers refer to the below table:

The IIM Shillong highest package offered during the 2024 PGP placements was in the IT and Analytics domain. This was followed by the Consulting & Strategy domain with the highest package of INR 46.05 LPA. The highest package offered during IIM Shillong placements 2024 for the PGP batch stood at INR 71.50 LPA. Earlier, the highest package offered during 2023 placements was INR 71.30 LPA. From 2022 to 2024, an improving trend was observed in IIM Shillong highest package for PGP, which is presented below:

As per the latest report, around 30 offers were made to PGPEx students in 2024. The institute has not released the offer details for PGP.
