You can do MBA, as you have started doing that. If you are doing MBA for a recognized university from where you can transfer yourself to some other institute, then score good marks in your present year. If not, then start preparing for competitive entrance exams required for MBA admissions in good institutes. If you score good marks in those entrance exams, then you will definitely get admission in good institute offering best placements.

Christ University is the only answer without any doubt, if you ask to choose one amongst these two. Otherwise, there are many other options as well.

UBS Mumbai is the best business school one can ever think of. UBS Mumbai provides MBA from Cardiff Metropolitan University also from Swiss school of management plus the normal PGDM degree. The placement percentage is nearly 100%. The average package is good, and it is about INR. 6.5 LPA for marketing, INR. 7.5 LPA for finance and INR. 6.5 LPA again for operations. There is a great placement cell in our college which is organized by great faculty members and helping cell members.

I would say UPES without a doubt is better in placements for MBA students, especially if you are a mechanical graduate. It has 96% placements in last 3 years, and is consistently ranked amongst the best universities for MBA placements.
