Yes, its possible to join MBA course after B.A. Actually, you can pursue MBA after any degree since you just need to be a graduate. Once you got selected in any company, you are not allowed to sit anymore in the placement process. And according to rules If you selected in more than one company. You have to join the one which intimated first.
