MIM is a great course but a lot of countries are realizing the value of MIM in recent times so it has a demand but not huge. It's a way to shift to management side, so even if you finish your MIM with good scores at the end, it isn't sure that you will get a job in India. You may be considered as a tier-2 business student, not an exception so, your work experience matters. And if you don't have any then pursue a dare of pursuing MIM, it has a great value in Europe (consider France). So you have to be prepared for an intense hard work even while you are pursuing, creating voluntarily own projects, grooming your selves, learning every possible thing in subject and once you are provided with internship then it's again hard work and there but have a chance of permanent employment. So hard work is the key, if you don't have work experience then it's better to opt for colleges with CO-OP programmes which will make your search for internship somewhat easy. It's purely based on your hard work as it's a good degree but you need to reconsider it before choosing PGDM from Canada or MS from Canada as will be a good option too. If you are determined to pursue MIM then working in the same place where you have studied in Europe will be a great option as Indian business organisations deal you like a normal student after paying such a huge amount for MIM. PGDM from Canada is way bit inexpensive and applying to SPP colleges may make your visa process smooth. It has a good value and a lot of colleges provide CO-OP programmes. You do have more time to stay after your course. For a 2-year course, you get 2+3 which is a total of 5 year's Visa which makes sure that you can repay your loan. Good luck!
