First of all please don't panic. Before taking any decision first try to know what actually is your interest area. No doubt a CA gets better package than MBA but CA is tough too. I would not ask you to leave CA at once.

Obviously, you can get good salary package after completing MBA from Christ University. You can even become a CEO of the company since the package level ranges from 4 LPA to 15 LPA. Hello Saurabh, neither of these colleges are worth pursuing MBA in terms of both the overall learning, experience and placements. Better avoid both and aim for the more reputed colleges.

Business schools require an MBA essay which is mainly a career goals essay. You have to highlight your interests of doing the MBA program, why you want to apply and how it's going to help you. Mention your overall challenges, what have you done out of the league to showcase your uniqueness. Mainly ask yourself why Stanford should admit you and not someone else who could be better than you.
A CV on the other hand is a normal CV about your academic and work profile. Perhaps we can talk about the interview prep once you have an offer. Good luck.
