You should look at final placement reports of various colleges where companies that offer a role in UAE may be coming for recruitment. You can also look for companies where there is a high probability that you might be shifted to UAE after some work experience. After this, you will be able to target

I think no need of MBA to give your 2 years.
You have already done with CA.
You just take some experience from the company or else. Check the course which help you in your work.
Also, now, there is new concept of GST so do that thing which help you rather to do MBA for 2 or 1 year
I will say no for MBA
