For candidates who did not participate in round 1, fresh registration has to be done for the NEET 2nd round counselling 2024. So yes you can participate fresh in round 2. But be careful on missing important dates of state counselling in further rounds.

Bharati Vidyapeeth Medical College (BVMC), Pune accepts the following entrance exams for admission to MBBS:
1. UG (Under Graduate) – The National Eligibility cum Entrance Test
2. MHCET (Maharashtra Common Entrance Test) for seats reserved for the Maharashtra state only
NEET UG is compulsory for all the candidates seeking admission to MBBS in B VM Medical College, Pune through the entrance examination for which NEET UG stands as the primary entrance examination. MHCET is also accepted for Maharashtra state quota seat for students. BVMC Pune has the MBBS programme to which candidates can only be admitted if they pass the NEET UG.

The college selection during the process should be done while seeing the past records of the institute such as placement, learning opportunities, how far is it from your home etc. I would suggest you consider this while choosing a college as per your preference and course as there is no such definite answer to your question as all colleges are good.

Direct admission at Sri Lakshmi Narayana Institute of Medical Science (SLNIMS), admission to MBBS is not eligible
Admission in MBBS courses is based purely on merit through National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (NEET) as per Medical Council of India’s guidelines. All the candidates need to qualify NEET and join the counselling process for securing a seat in SLNIMS. It should be noted that, the institution does provide management quota seats which can be deemed as a kind of direct admission but still require NEET qualification followed by counselling procedure.
