Getting an admission in MBBS will be not feasible with the score you provided here although you can try to get admission in other fields in private colleges.

As per the NIRF report 2023, the median package offered to MBBS students during SMS Medical College placements 2022 was INR 8.76 LPA. In 2021, the median package stood at INR 9.88 LPA. Looking at the three years of data (2020 to 2022), a declining trend was recorded in the MBBS median package. The table below depicts the Sawai Man Singh Medical College salary trends for MBBS:

As your general rank will be around 260000+ in NEET, This rank will not be enough to get into any college for MBBS .This marks even not be sufficent for reserved category student to get into any govt. MBBS seat but there will be little chances to get into BAMS college.

Okay as 390 marks are concerned, it is a decent number.

Last year the cutoff for SC category was 490.So if you belong to any category then too it's very difficult to get a government college for MBBS.

For securing a seat in government college, you need to have marks around 510.

But sure you can try for some private MBBS colleges.
