The minimum expected cutoff of 37429 is required for the general category to get admission to Saurashtra University for the MBBS course.
However, the sources indicate that the cutoff information for MBBS admission at Saurashtra University is not clearly available. The cutoff details provided are for other courses like BHMS, B.Pharm, and M.S. specializations, but not specifically for the MBBS program.

It's difficult to mention for sure whether 610 at the NEET exam will assure you a spot in GNSU's MBBS software. Reasons are:
1. The minimum rating you want to get into GNSU (Guru Nanak Dev Singh University) relies upon on how many humans practice that 12 months and how properly all of them do at the NEET. This score is known as the "reduce-off rating."
2. Some seats in authorities medical schools like GNSU are reserved for college kids from sure backgrounds, like households with lower incomes or those from tribal groups. This can have an effect on the cut-off score for college students in the general category.
