America is good in everything. MBBS will be taught there in English. The passing ratio of MCI is 100 percent, but in Ukraine the course will not be in complete English except Bukovinian State Medical University. USA is different from America, many agent fake you, but they send you to Caribbean islands or Curacao or may be somewhere else.

This year more than 11 Lacs aspirants have appeared for NEET 2017. Approximately 63,000 medical seats are there all over India. Expected cutoff for general category can be more between 380 to 430 or higher. Your score though good might fall short to get admission to government colleges. There is no doubt that AFMC is better but sometimes you got to lower your standards. Study at AFMC requires certain years of imparting nation service along with complete uncertainity of preparing for specialisation entrances due to shortage of time for preparation, which everyone fails to understand.

AFMC Pune is one of the prestigious institutions of India where you have to do a compulsory defence service for a small duration after MBBS. However, the price here includes selfless service too.

Yes, physics is very important to get admission for MBBS. First of all, its not that easy to score 350/360 in bio, if you get 320 in bio, 80-90 in physics and 120-130 in chemistry, then you can be sure enough about getting government MBBS. Else private will be the only option left.

You have scored very well. But it will be difficult for you to get admission into any government medical college but you can easily get into a private college.

You need to be careful in choosing the University as some of the low-cost universities are bilingual even though they are in MCI list. Support for English medium is till 3rd year though it is not informed by some consultancies. You can go through the link. All the best!
