All the medical colleges ( private or government) of all states and UTs will take part in the centralized counselling and admit students as per their score and respective ranks in NEET. No private or government college is exempted. So, one cannot take admission in MBBS course without qualifying NEET. However, AIIMS and JIPMER will conduct their own entrance tests. Although I know you are just asking question for fun, because let's be honest, nobody in India does a job based only on MBBS. Even if they do, it is only a temporary thing. I'll make up a list of things you can do after MBBS. Pick one. Join a PHC as medical officer and get experience counted as marks in PG exam.
Join a government medical college as a junior resident/house officer in a field of your choice, obviously without giving any exam, just a temporary job. Study more and get a proper post-graduation, it'll definitely increase your income by 10 times in private sector.
If you couldn't clear proper PG exams for MD/MS and DNB, go for Diplomas or CPS courses. If you can't even do that, just get a decent certificate course in a specialty that doesn't require that much mortality. You can always become the cuddy if not the house what I mean is, you can become hospital administrator, and for this course you can even go to USA to get a valid degree without giving the USMLE. If you cannot do any of these, UPSC is always the prime exit for all the doctors bored of the field. Go for it, and be the change you want to see. Also, if you have enough resources, publication and references USMLE & PLAB may also be a very good pathway for you. Some doctors prefer research work rather than patient work. You can definitely look into that area too. Although, I must tell you that in India, only in AIIMS there are chances for any significant research and development happening. The ultimate start up pack for a doctor is to invest his knowledge and open up a small scale pharma company provided he has enough resources. Lastly, if academics is what you consider boring, invest yourself in things you like, any vocational field would do, learn new things, music/photography can give a decent job these days. Just earn some and invest some, in stocks, bonds, mutual funds. Whatever you do, always remember one thing, having finished your MBBS you've made sure that you have enough security to feed all the hungry mouth you would ever have in your home. So feel free to experiment if you are adventurous or take the conventional pathway just like the most of us.
