Studying MBBS abroad is a good option. After completing your education abroad, you can pursue further education or practice anywhere in the world, on condition that you clear the respective licensure exam in that country, like MCI screening test in India. You need to ensure that you select good universities listed with MCI to study. Not all listed with MCI are well-equipped to teach international students. Hi Abhishek, in any of the countries mentioned, Russia or Ukraine, you can get Universities offering MBBS in English medium of instruction. Though learning Russian is mandatory, for it will help you during clinical rotations. Here are a few in Russia:
Dagestan State Medical University
Belgorod State University
Kursk State Medical University
Here are a few in Ukraine:
Donetsk National Medical University
Odessa National Medical University

Hello there,
As of now, NEET is not required to study MBBS abroad. May be in future, it will be required since talks are going on.

You can think for TISS (Tata institute of Social Sciences). .
TISS is a unique institute where you will find M.A programmes unlike other bschools which offer MBA or PGDM.
Also,TISS fees are considerably low then other institutes
