Your score is very less for government medical colleges. So, its difficult. Also, you may not be getting any private colleges through counselling.

Its difficult to pursue any other courses along with medical simultaneously. You'll be having too much work load during your MBBS.

Yes, you need to clear the MCI screening examination called FMGE which is held twice in a year to practice in India.
