Hello, In USA, there is nothing which is MBBS degree or comparable term but you need to do an undergrad degree in either premed or Bio related discipline & do MCAT in year 3 to apply for Medical school after 4 yrs of Premed or Bio degree. The total journey can be 6 to 8 yrs to become Indian MBBS comparable degree.

The fee structure for MBBS varies greatly. For Government colleges, it's around 30,000, but for private colleges, it varies from 4 lakh rupees to 15 lakh rupees.

Yes, you can pursue MBBS if you reappear for your class 12th board examination in science stream. You need to fulfil other eligibility criteria too.

Medical entrance examinations are hard to crack. They require a lot of focus, deep analysis of theory and expert practical work.
If you are taking tuition or coaching to prepare for the medical entrance exam, your preparation time schedule should be like this :
1) Study each subject for at least 2 hours every day. You have the flexibility to adjust the time as per your comfort. You can divide the time spent on each subject as 1 hour in the morning and 1 hour in the evening
2) Spend at least 1 hour for solving last few years question papers for each subject
Take some rest after studying for 1-2 hours to keep yourself fresh and active. This

That is absolutely impossible. Even private medical colleges take scores above 300 at least. Also, the fees of private colleges are pretty high like Rs. 11 lakhs per annum. You should start preparing for next year and target 500+ score.

According to the current scenario, you are eligible to get admission in all medical colleges in India. But, in AIIMS, JIPMER and in few other colleges, the admission is done through NEET. You should know, that it is an entrance exam with physic, chemistry and biology as subjects. Direct admission through board exam score is not going to happen. And, state joint entrance will also not take place.
