The admission to Jorhat Medical College for MBBS is based on the score in NEET and availability of seats. If you qualify NEET you will be considered for admission, but betterment marks in Chemistry may not be a determining factor. It is advised to check the admission criteria and seat availability with the college directly.

No, Assam Medical College does not accept students with "betterment marks" for MBBS admission. Admissions to MBBS courses in India are typically based on the NEET (National Eligibility cum Entrance Test) scores.

For first year, we had deposited 29.5k (including hostel, tuition, exams fee) excluding mess charges which is 3500 rupees per month. Other than this, not even a single penny you have to deposit. The rest cost is your lifestyle.
