267 is very less score for admission into MBBS or BDS. Your score needs to be 450+ for admission into MBBS or BDS in reputed colleges. You can appear NEET next year.
All the best.

If you appear for civil services examinations after 10+2+3 with normal graduation degree, you will be able to earn faster. In medical you will take 10+2+5.5 years before you earn. Therefore, your argument has flaws.
Civil services examinations is very competitive. Therefore, it is good idea to appear in civil services examinations after any professional degree to mitigate risk of failure.

Hi Shruti,
Your chances are good based on your grades. Scholarships are given on merit by the universities, your application will be considered automatically. However you must submit a strong application package because your overall profile will be evaluated for admissions and scholarship. Your SOP and LORs must be strong too.

Hi Charu,
In Canada, undergraduate medical program is called as MD which is equivalent to MBBS in India.
Process of admission is that first you need to enroll for a pre medical program then appear for entrance exam MCAT and if you have an exceptional score then you might get a seat for MD. It's is very challenging to get a medical seat in Canada, USA, Australia, New Zealand.
