At this score it will be very difficult for you to get admission into any government medical colleges however you can get admission into private medical colleges.

Yes, you can get admission there and you don't need NEET marks.

Hello Dear,
All India Institute of Medical Sciences and Maulana Azad Medical College are two reputed institutions under Delhi. AIIMS admission is done as per AIIMS entrance while MAMC comes under NEET.
