Of course, 418 is a good mark you definitely get MBBS in Maharashtra. If you want to join a government college, check the category eligibility marks, because the seats are divided into several categories. Otherwise, you try to manage quota seats in private colleges in Maharashtra. All the best.

Yes, you can get into a medical college for MBBS and BDS. You have more chances to get a government college for BDS. And for MBBS you can get admission into a few private medical colleges like SRM Medical College in Chennai. Since you have not mentioned your category, rank, or domicile, it is difficult to accurately tell which college you may get admission to. For instance, with Rajasthan domicile and category-based quotas, you may get admission into a few government medical colleges like GMC, Bharatpur. Yes, you can get into a government medical college for MBBS in Odisha with 591 marks under home state quota. According to the details provided by you, you may get admission to these colleges for MBBS:
1. Government Medical College and Hospital in Balangir
2. SLN Medical College and Hospital in Koraput
This estimate is based on the previous year's cut-off for these colleges, and this year's actual results may differ. You will have to participate in state counseling, and you may get a medical seat by Round 2.
