Bachelor of medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) is a five and half-year course. The course involves four and a half -year of classroom study followed by a year of internship. The classroom study is broken into three phases of 18 months each. The period of 18 months is called professional and each profession is divided into three semesters. On completion of MBBS, you can practice medical and be called as Doctor. Admission in MBBS is by entrance exams for students who had PCB in 12th board examination. Admission in MBBS is very tough because of limited seats across India.

There is no MBBS program in Canada. You must complete your Bachelor's degree and enroll into a MD program which will last for 4 to 5 years. After your Bachelor's degree you must take the MCAT before you get admitted to a medical school. Many medical schools in Canada are not open to international students. Kindly, visit university's websites for details.

Yes, you can get admission as last year's AFMC (MBBS) cut off (minimum marks scored in NEET to be called for interview) was 498 marks out of 720 for boys and 536 marks out of 720 for girls. So, you need to score around this.
