According to your AQI rank, I provide A list of Government colleges where you may apply for the MBBS course.
1-All India Institute of Medical Sciences, Rajkot.
2-All India Institute of Medical Sciences, Patna.
3-All India Institute of Medical Sciences, Nagpur
4- Anugrah Narayan Magadh Medical College and Hospital, Gaya, Bihar. If you want to take admission in your own state then it will depend on your state quota rank. You have not mentioned the state quota rank that's why I can't predict the college name. I hope this will help you.

First of all, Khushi, you have not mentioned your domicile and state rank. So it is difficult for me to predict an accurate college. However, your state's rank can be under 40,000. Therefore, according to the previous year's marks, you may get admission for the MBBS course at these government colleges:
1-Fakhruddin Ali Ahmed Medical College, Barpeta
2-Silchar Medical College
However, for this year's actual cutoff depends upon the number of students applying and the number of seats available in the college, which can affect the actual cutoff during the counseling process.

You have not mentioned the category, so it is difficult to predict an accurate college. Your son has no chance of getting into a government medical college in Maharashtra for an MBBS course because he belongs to the general category. It has been observed that in previous years, for almost all of the MBBS colleges in Maharashtra, the MBBS cut-off score was under 40,000 for general category candidates. However, your son is eligible to get admission into these government colleges.
1- ESI-PGIMSER, Kolkata.
2- ESI-PGIMSER, Chennai.
3- Kanyakumari Government Medical College, Asaripallam
4- Government Medical College, Siddipet
5- Government Med
