You may, if you are academically very strong. It will depend on your profile and university requirements. Obtaining scholarships is however very competitive. You can visit university's websites for international student's scholarship.

No, to get admission for MBBS and BDS course, you need to appear for NEET exam. The board percentage will not be taken into account, unlike engineering.

The only way to get admission for MBBS and BDS courses is through NEET exam. There's no other gateway.

No, you cannot do that. You have to pursue it from one university. Why you want to pursue it from two different universities?

It very difficult to get a MBBS or BDS with 155 marks from general category. Still, you can try.

It is difficult to get a government seat with 294 marks from general category. But, you may expect a private college.

With 25000 rank from general category, you may not get any government MBBS or BDS seat. You may get private colleges with this rank.

You can try to score above 500 marks to get admission, but it mainly depends on your category. Open category should have minimum of 70% marks. But, state level cutoff will be different for different states.
