To get into the top most medical college, you should have a minimum score of 140+. I'm talking about a general category student, you should prepare well to get that score.

To score a good seat in MBBS. I'm talking about the general category students, you need to score more than 140 marks that will give you a very bright future in top medical colleges like OU, Gandhi, etc.

In MBBS you will be having 4 professional exams and subjects are divided accordingly.
1st Prof: Anatomy, Physiology, Biochemistry
2nd: Pharmacology, FMT, Pathology, Microbiology
3rd: ENT, Opthalmology, PSM
4th: Medicine, Surgery, Paediatric, Gynaecology

In terms of BAMS, you qualify as an Ayurvedic doctor. Of course pursuing an MD or MS in Ayurveda is there already. But you cannot pursue any other specialization that a MBBS student can opt for.
