Yes, you can take admission in MBBS after completing class 12th or after completing your graduation, but there is no advantage of doing B. Pharma, and then MBBS. Neither your experience nor your degree of B.Pharm will have worth once you do MBBS.

Yes, you can do MBBS from a private colleges without donations.

You can, but it is not necessary. If you want to practice or undergo residency take the licensing exams. If you want to study, you can look for MS programs in health sciences, health or hospital administration, surgery, etc. As an international student you must take the IELTS or TOEFL.
