SEE one thing, JIPMER is a well reputed College in our country as well as other countries also. You need to be in top 100 to fetch seat here. Also it depend on the quota also. Whether you are Puducherry resident etc. If you are going through all india quota then you have study hard to reach there.

Hi vaishnavi, although to get admission in BHMS and B.A. MS or MBBS Government college, you need 350 marks in NEET. Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery B.A. MS and Bachelor of Homeopathic Medical and Surgery BHMS are the most preferable courses by any NEET aspirant. To get admission in a Government college for BAMS/BHMS course, your score should be above 350 marks. But the above mentioned score and according to my opinion there were no chances of getting a seat in a government college so you can go for private college so to avoid wasting of your year. Hope so it will help you. All the best.
