Hi Fahad, this is like comparing apples and oranges. You must decide what you want to study and identify your interest, both MBBS and engineering are different so choosing either one of these two makes little sense, also you are from a biology background so I am not even sure if you can catch up with engineering topics. A very strong foundation in mathematics would be required. You may explore more subjects related to medical sciences or opt for a B.S in a biology or botany or even wildlife science. Pharmacy, vet. science, nursing etc are other options. The decision would be yours.

It can range from Rs.30,000 per month for a doctor, who has just finished his MBBS to as high as Rs.2-3 lakh per day for highly accomplished super specialist.
An ex-professor of AIIMS had been offered around Rs.12 crore per annum from a big corporate hospital. That's almost Rs.3 lakh/day.
So, the salary of a doctor depends on his degree of specialization and the years of experience which he or she has.

Dr. title is used by MBBS qualified doctors, BDS qualified dentists, Ph.D holders and qualified physiotherapists. Some alternate medicine professional also use Dr. in front of their names which is not approved by Medical Council of India. Eminent persons who are awarded doctorate for their excellent work may also use title of Dr.
