Why do you want to go for management quota seat? They are expensive due to which many remain vacant and deserving students miss out on opportunity to get quality education.
Many good and big universities like LPU, Amity, SMU, etc. are there that offer admission to students on the basis of their own test as well as marks in 12th. They are the universities which offer world class environment to their students along with good placements. Some of these universities also offer good scholarships to students.

Hi, you are qualified to apply but admissions are based on the selection criteria of the universities, depends on how strong the other applicants are and other internal factors. The program is offered in English, you might be required to take the IELTS or TOEFL. Check CUCAS website for details.

Under 60 lakhs will be hard to find. Courses lasts for three to five years and tuition fee per year would be around 16 lakhs minimun for a lower grade university , you must not forget the living expenses. Education loans are something you need to check on.University of Sheffield, Central Lancashire, Nottingham, Liverpool, Warwick, Leicester, St George's, University College London are few you can check. They are among the reputable ones.
