Admission to MBBS courses are done under the basis of marks scored in entrance examination. Not on the basis of 12th mark. 12th mark is only for eligibility.

but if you want become doctor then you also chose psychology as a subject u can join Sam Higginbotom Institute Of Agriculture Technology and Sciences, SHIATS, allahabad, Uttar Pradesh for Ba (honours) psychology and after prepare for TISS for MA psychology programme and after you can get jobs and also in medical field.

Hi Leonov,
Needless to say, you would require a high percentage. Apart from that you need to clear some exams. As for cost, it could be upward of INR 1 crore for the course. Here's a link to help you.

pharmacy had good scope but if you r not interested in mbbs then u can do Ba(honours) psychology programme because it's also a medical profession after PG if u interested in this then prepare for TISS or get admission in Sam Higginbotom Institute Of Agriculture Technology and Sciences, SHIATS, allahabad but for pg course prepare for TISS to get jobs.
